Job Description

We are seeking multiple highly skilled IT Security Engineers to work on maintaining and improving the security of systems and data for a financial services organisation. As a Security Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining security solutions that protect systems and data from external and internal threats. You will work closely with other security engineers, infrastructure teams, and stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of security projects.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain security solutions that protect our investment banking systems and data
• Work with other security engineers to identify and mitigate security risks and vulnerabilities
• Conduct security assessments and penetration testing to identify potential security weaknesses and recommend remediation strategies
• Manage and monitor firewalls to ensure they are functioning properly and securely
• Work with infrastructure teams to design and implement secure AWS cloud environments
• Monitor and respond to security incidents, and conduct post-incident analysis to identify areas for improvement
• Develop and maintain security documentation, including security architecture diagrams, policies, procedures, and guidelines

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in security engineering, with a strong understanding of security technologies and best practices
• Certified to CISSP, CISA, OSCP, CEH, GCIH or similar
• Experience in managing and monitoring vendor security solutions
• Experience in SOC operation, and have hands-on experience in handling security incidents
